The location was magnificent and comfy, near the Bay Area, terminal, and the OAK airport, as well as the Oakland Coliseum. It was in the safest neighborhood.

First of all, the location of the hotel was very convenient for my city trip. It was only about a mile from the airport, and they provided a free shuttle service which was a great advantage. Additionally, they had a shuttle that could take guests to the BART connector, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made my stay very pleasant. Lastly, I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. It was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

It would have been nice to have at least some options or a microwave for convenience. Additionally, it took a long time to get my deposit back, which was a bit frustrating.

The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, it's close to downtown, the outlet, San Francisco, and the stadium. The breakfast is complimentary with a good choice of dishes. They provide many types of services: a nice bar, free Wi-Fi, and a shuttle to the airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-kept interior and brand new furnishings at the Courtyard. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting our high standards. The service from the moment we arrived until our check-out was exceptional. The staff even went out of their way to offer us a detour in their shuttle service to drop us off at a wedding we were attending. The employees were friendly and accommodating.

The walls were a bit thin, and we unfortunately had noisy neighbors who spoke loudly. However, since we didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't bother us too much.

The staff in the Cafeteria were terrible! They are your weakest link. The other staff was competent, polite and efficient!
